2 SITE SURVEY
On
small sites where no levels are required site measurements
are usually taken by us. On larger sites, a surveyor
will be instructed to produce a detailed land survey and
charge directly to the client.
3 SKETCH
PROPOSAL
On
approval we will prepare the first drawings. The sketch
plan acts as a discussion document. It gives you an overall
layout, based on our initial discussion that can then
be further analysed and altered where necessary. Once
approved a quotation will be prepared for stages 4 & 5.
4 MASTER

The
setting out plan includes lay-out dimensions, spot heights,
drainage, paving detail and other relevant information which
will be required by your contractor.
5 DETAILED
PLANTING PLAN
On
the basis of an approved setting out plan we will prepare
a planting plan for the entire garden, or specific areas,
showing the species of plants recommended and their positioning
and spacing. As required a plant schedule will also be
provided to accompany the drawings to facilitate ordering.
6 CONSTRUCTION

Constructional
detail of steps, paving, water features and other structures
may be necessary depending on the project.
7 SPECIFICATION
